We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, or any other sensitive personal information.

3 Firebase and Third-Party Services

The app uses Firebase (Google LLC) for the following functionality:

• Firebase Authentication: manages sign-in via email/password or Google Sign-In.
• Cloud Firestore: stores user data including word lists and app settings.

Firebase is operated by Google LLC and governed by Google's privacy policies. Data may be stored on servers in the United States or other regions based on Firebase configuration.

The app does not integrate any advertising networks or other third-party analytics SDKs beyond Firebase.

4 Data Storage and Security

We apply appropriate technical measures to protect your data:

• All data in transit is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.
• Firebase Security Rules enforce per-user data access controls, ensuring users cannot access each other's data.
• Passwords are hashed and encrypted by Firebase Authentication — we never store passwords in plain text.

Your data is retained for as long as your account remains active. When you delete your account, all associated data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

5 Sharing of Information

We do not share, sell, or disclose your personal information to third parties, except in the following limited circumstances:

• With your explicit prior consent.
• When required to comply with a legal obligation or a lawful request from a competent authority.
• With technical service providers (such as Firebase/Google) used solely to operate the app, under strict data processing agreements.

• Access: view your stored data directly within the app.
• Correction: update your account information via the Settings screen.
• Deletion: delete your account and all associated data through the app's Settings, or by contacting us directly.

This app is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
